A Comprehensive Theological Education for Ministry in Pentecostal-Charismatic Congregations
The Bachelor of Arts in Theology with a Pentecostal Profile provides a broad theological education with the opportunity to specialize in biblical studies or church and missions studies. The theological studies have a Pentecostal profile, which means they include courses in Pentecostal theology and history and aim to prepare students for ministry in Pentecostal-Charismatic congregations.
University level
The education is designed for Scandinavian contexts, while the teachers and leadership have a background of twenty years of work within both the Swedish and American higher education sectors. It is at the university level and should at least correspond to the level within Swedish higher education. Courses can be taken on a full-time or part-time basis and are offered remotely.
The program corresponds to a Swedish Bachelor of Theology degree, i.e., 180 p, which means three years of full-time studies (60 p per year).
Opportunity for an American Degree
Through collaboration with Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, USA, students can also earn an Internationally accredited bachelor’s degree corresponding to a Swedish Bachelor of Theology degree.
