Leadership Training

The Leadership Institute in Spiritual Leadership training is conducted in collaboration with spiritual leaders within the Scandinavian Pentecostal-Charismatic movement. It occurs concurrently with university studies throughout the entire study period, through practical work and mentorship in partnership with local congregations and through three Mini-campuses lasting two days per semester, including teaching, discussions, service, and personal mentorship by spiritual leaders. Additionally, a Summer Campus lasting one week at the beginning of the autumn semester is included in the program.
