Through this process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The school is certified, meets specific requirements, and has developed a core values policy. The school conducts a self-assessment and is certified by SST.<\/li>\n<li>The school staff is certified through the course&#8217;s teaching, literature, tests, and personal reflection papers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in two full days of recorded lectures and group discussions based on discussion questions, with webinars available.<\/li>\n<li>Individually engage with two blocks of 8 hours of web-based instruction.<\/li>\n<li>Take a final exam and write a reflection paper.<\/li>\n<li>After completing the certification, a diploma will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Resources:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Web portal with course materials.<\/li>\n<li>Large-scale webinars.<\/li>\n<li>Lectures via the internet.<\/li>\n<li>Local group work within the staff group based on provided working materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Examination:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Written exam\/quiz.<\/li>\n<li>Personal reflection paper, including reflections, strategy, and goals for the values foundation work.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the local staff group&#8217;s values foundation work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Significant emphasis is placed on the teacher\u2019s own reflection and the ability to formulate a personal stance on values-based issues.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How It Works The SST Core Values Certification has a qualified certification group and a process leader who assists the school in the certification process.
