Scandinavian School of Theology is a distinctively Christian university college and was established for the purpose of providing a base for the training of workers in church, school and society. Throughout twenty years of service to the Body of Christ as Livets Ord University and Livets Ord Theological Seminary, the faculty of the school has trained thousands of pastors and leaders for ministry.

The school is currently independent of any denomination and is serving congregations and organizations from both the Church of Sweden as well as from independent Pentecostal-Charismatic churches.

The Vision for the School

To build an interdenominational theological university college that is open to the whole body of Christ, founded on the Bible as the Word of God as well as classical Christian faith, with academic excellence, open to the work of the Holy Spirit, for the purpose of educating a new generation of leaders to enable them to build strong churches and to have a clear Christian voice in today’s culture and society.

The purpose of the Scandinavian School of Theology Foundation is to build an education based on the authority of the Bible and classical Christian faith, charismatic life and revivalism, with the roots which Christianity has in Israel and the Jewish people, and with openness to all of the Body of Christ.
