The Scandinavian School of Theology is an independent Christian theological university college, with a calling to equip the Body of Christ by training a new generation of leaders to serve in the local and global church as pastors, missionaries, and leaders, and to be a clear Christian voice in society.
From Scandinavia to the Ends of the Earth
The school is based in Uppsala, Sweden, but with the whole world as its field. Presently we have students from Scandinavia, Europe, USA, Russia, China, and other countries. The teaching is in English, and partly in Swedish for Scandinavian students. Courses are also taught online and at extension sites.
The school is a broadly evangelical charismatic community with a heart for revival and an openness for diverse denominational and theological backgrounds within the Body of Christ. The teaching is founded on faith in the authority of the Bible as God’s Word, charismatic life, draws from the Jewish roots of Christianity, and is committed to serving the church in local and international contexts.
Situated in Uppsala, Sweden
Since medieval times, Uppsala has been a university town and an historical spiritual centre. Situated in the fastest growing area in Sweden, just 40 minutes by train from Stockholm, the Scandinavian School of Theology has unique access to communications, but also to eminent resources available to our students for academic research.
Expansive churches at your finger tips
The Scandinavian School of Theology is situated among many growing churches, and missions organizations. The school provides excellent opportunities for internships both in Sweden and abroad.
The Spring semester of Scandinavian School of Theology begins January 20, 2017 and registration is open.
